Hailing from a small town near Ajmer, Rajasthan, I grew up in a Marwari middle-class family where dinner table conversations revolved around commerce, negotiation, and the fundamentals of "dhandha." This upbringing built an early curiosity about how businesses are built and scaled.
After qualifying as CA, I took the conventional route and joined Deloitte Mumbai, handling statutory and internal audits across diverse sectors including healthcare, hospitals, chemicals, and real estate. While this strengthened my financial acumen, I quickly realized I was seeking more intellectually energizing work with strategic problem-solving at its core.
Began my investment banking journey at IDFC Bank (formerly IDFC Securities) - thrown into a healthy dose of chaos that proved transformative. Mastered the art of crafting compelling investment narratives, building sophisticated valuation models, and driving end-to-end deal execution across IDFC, Ambit, and Northern Arc Capital.
During COVID, the Marwari entrepreneur in me wasn't satisfied with just analyzing businesses - I wanted to build one. Launched Ace Mentor Club, a digital mentoring platform designed to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and real-world industry experience.
Joined the CEO's Office at Kapiva Ayurveda, a high-growth D2C health & wellness brand. The last 3.5 years have been transformative, providing comprehensive full-stack exposure across fundraising, business development, international expansion, and strategic initiatives execution.
Conceptualized and built the Dr. Consultation Channel from ground zero, unlocking powerful retention and cross-sell opportunities
Led the complete $25M Series C fundraising process, managing pitch creation, investor discussions, comprehensive due diligence, and successful deal closure
Strategically launched Partnership Channel, successfully onboarding major platforms like PhonePe and Google Pay, achieving 50% CAC reduction while driving ₹65L+ in monthly recurring revenue
Built and scaled International Business from conception to ₹20 Cr ARR within 18 months, successfully expanding across the Middle East, UK, and US markets
